Meetings are held on Wednesdays at
6:15PM EST in the Media Center at Gordon W. Mitchell School.  We aim to have meetings last no longer than an hour,  while some meetings  may go over due to agenda items.

To be a voting member, a $6 membership fee will be collected for the school year. You can pay in cash or venmo. You are also welcome to attend meetings without voting.
